PVC Pipe Regrind - White

We have PVC Pipe Grindings as per this photo.

Post INdustrial White PVC Pipe Grinding

While manufacturing PVC pipes many are rejected. Some due to issues in Extruding Machines or for many of the other reasons whereby it doesn't meet required product specification.

These Pipes are grinded (grounded, if you wish :p) by using machines like Heavy Duty Scrap Plastic Grinding Machines to get regrinds such as the one in the photo above. This is then pulverized by Grinding Pulverizer Machines to make fine powder from it. This can then be used again in combination with Prime material in any rigid PVC applications.

If you can reuse it, please free to write to us.

Thank you.

Types of Plastics

As of now, Resin Identification Coding System is best way to categorize and identify plastics. It is as below :
1 PET - Polyethylene Terephthalate
2 HDPE - High Density Polyethylene
3 PVC - Polyvinyl Chloride
4 LDPE - Low Density Polyethylene
5 PP - Polypropylene
6 PS - Polystyrene
7 Others - PMMA (Acrylic), ABS, PC etc.
End product made by using particular type of plastic would have its symbol on it so that it becomes easy to identify its type.
